Q: Do you produce all the products yourselves?
A: Yes, we produce all those products in our factory. Including PCB & Casing manufacturing and Assembling Lines, all the products we are selling are designed by ourselves.
Q: How is your company scale?
A: Head office, one factory covers 2,000 square meters in Guangzhou of China, with about 100+ staffs.
Q: What scenes are your products applied to?
A: As for power banks they can be used to charge mobile phone, for some models they even can be used to charge laptop. We are now developing one special model to charge amazon echo.
As for concerning smart plugs, these products can turn traditional appliances into intelligent one, using smart plugs you can remote control appliances when you are outside home, you can set a timer to turn them on / off, you can voice control them via amazon echo, google assistant, IFTTT.
For wireless charger, now just set your mobile free and say good bye to cables.

Q: Do you offer OEM & ODM service?
A: For the purpose of meeting the real demand of market and providing the better solution, we provide OEM/ODM services for customers who have needs , we believe our customers will earn more competitive advantages with the effective reduction and time-to-market.

Q: How is the after sales service?
A: We have a huge team in charge of after-sales service, also an online service dealing with the complains and feedbacks from buyers. Also help buyers at China working hours 9:00-18:00 Monday-Friday solving problem. Instructions of setting for smart plugs.
Q: How can you guarantee the exclusive sale for OEM & ODM service?
A: Product mould contract, non-disclosure agreement, exclusive sale agreement will be signed before starting the OEM & ODM project.
Q: How to apply for refund?
A: Once the PI has been confirmed and ordered goods are ready, a refund will not available for a canceled order. But a refund would back to you in time at the occasion that we could not provide the products required in stock due to the shortage or unavailability.
Q: Can I come visit your showroom and factory?
A: 1) You are always welcome to come to visit our office and factory before establishing long-term business relationship.
2) We'd like to help you book the hotel and pick you up from the airport, or the railway station. Please inform us if you have any schedule to come to China.
