1. Are you a manufacture? If yes, in which city?
Yes, we are factory with 3,000 square meters, and we are in Shenzhen City, Guangdong province, China. There is an air port and sea port in the city, which is very convenient for shipment.

2. Can you help me make my own design?
Of course we can. We are manufacture is available to make the customized products which brought from our customers. We supply the OEM and ODM service to the customers.

3. Can I visit your factory?
Of course you can. Many clients from different countries came over to our factory before. When you have plan to come, kindly tell me your schedule to Shenzhen and contact information so that we can arrange car to pick you up in any place of Shenzhen.

4. Can you offer free sample for order confirmation?
Sample do not equal to free. Sample fee can be refunded after order confirmed depends on your order quantity.

5. How to pay the money?
We can accept PayPal or TT or Western Union as payment terms.

A.100%T/T before shipping for small quantity order.

B. 50% T/T before production and balance before shipping for mass production order.

C.Paypal 105% before shipping for sample order.

D.Western Union Before shipping for sample order.
According to your order details,you can choose the payment way and we will send the detail information to you with the PI.

6. What is the terms of your prices?
We provide different terms according to the shipment method.
By express, we offer EXW prices.
By sea,depends on the order quantity,we can offer FOB prices or EXW prices.
Once you need us to provide prices,pls let us know your order quantity, so we can find out which shipment method is suit for your order and quote you the right prices.

7. What is your standard delivery time?
-Mass production delivery time is 20-30 days after received deposit. -Sample delivery time is 7 days after received payment.

8. What is your MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is base on different products.
